Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces ship within 5-7 business days. Large or oversized items may require specialized freight handling, which typically arrives within 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Andor Willow ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most decor items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
